Built by an SME owner. Run in production, daily.

From enquiry to quotation
to follow‑up — run it all in one place.

Kriya turns your product catalogue into a branded, photographed, multi‑page proposal in minutes, and keeps every enquiry, follow‑up and customer in one place. Built around how your business actually works, not the other way round.

Not Kriya's
Before we talk about software

You already have a system.
It's just not software.

Most businesses aren't running a bad CRM. They're running no CRM — spread across a WhatsApp inbox, a diary, three Excel files and one person's memory. It works, right up until the day it doesn't.

🔍

The enquiry you can't find

Serious budget, good conversation, back in March. You remember the chat. You don't remember the number.

The follow‑up nobody made

Not forgotten on purpose. Nothing reminded anyone. The file quietly closed itself, no decision ever made.

📄

The quotation that ate the evening

Open last month's Excel, fix the totals, check the maths twice, export a PDF that still looks like Excel.

🧠

The business in one head

One person knows every customer, every price, every hesitation. On leave, the business slows to their reply speed.

👻

The customer who went quiet

Bought elsewhere, decided against it, or just needed a nudge? Without an answer, you can't improve anything.

💸

Off‑the‑shelf doesn't fit

Most CRMs are built for a forty‑person sales floor abroad, priced per head, forcing you to bend to fit.

None of this is a discipline problem — everyone in this position is working hard. It's a tooling problem, and the tools built to fix it were never built for a business like yours.
One tool. Built to fit.

Order doesn't happen by accident.
It's built, deliberately.

Where Kriya came from

Why this exists

Akshay Mittal, founder of Kriya
Akshay Mittal
Founder, Kriya Systems

I run a home cinema, Hi‑Fi and acoustics business in Kolkata, selling to Indian homes since 2017. I spent two years on Zoho CRM first. I genuinely liked it — serious, capable software. But it's built to suit every business, which means a fair amount of how my business actually runs had to bend to fit it, rather than the other way round.

So I built the thing I actually wanted, around the way my business already worked. I didn't design the quotation engine as a feature — I built it because my own quotations were costing me deals I never knew I'd lost. I've run the whole system daily since, and didn't show it to anyone until it had survived real customers, real quotations and real mistakes.

What I'm actually trying to do here is not become a software company selling to everyone. I take a system that demonstrably works inside a real Indian SME and fit it properly to a small number of other businesses, one at a time, sitting with each owner, shaping it around how they actually run things.

क्रिया

Kriya — Sanskrit for action

The thing actually done, as opposed to the thing planned, recorded or intended. Chosen deliberately: most business software is very good at helping you record intentions and quite bad at making sure anything happens. I wanted the opposite — fewer places to write things down, fewer things falling through.

What it does

Seven things you'll notice
in the first week.

Want to see this shaped around your own leads and catalogue instead of a demo? Call 98747 00058 and I'll build it for you, free, to try.

01 — Hero feature

Quotations that win the room

Pick items from your catalogue and Kriya assembles the whole proposal: cover page, system description, itemised equipment with photographs, a full specification appendix, terms, payment details and a page introducing your team.

"My staff went from a plain Excel sheet to a document that looks like it came from a design studio — produced in minutes, entirely on our own letterhead."

🎙 "Ramesh Iyer visited today. Interior designer. Immediate requirement, wants a full home theatre for a new flat."
✓ Contact created 🔥 Hot lead Profession detected
🎙 "Follow up in two days" → becomes a dated task, not a note
02

AI that understands what you meant

Speak outside a contact record and Kriya creates the contact — name, number, profession, requirement — and reads the urgency in your own words. Say the need was immediate and the lead is marked hot; describe casual interest and it settles into warm or cold.

Say the same thing inside a customer's record and it never creates a duplicate — it writes a note there instead. One microphone, three outcomes, decided entirely by context.

03

Smart Search — ask, don't filter

Every CRM I tried made me build a filter: pick a field, choose an operator, apply a value. Kriya simply answers the question in plain language, and it reads inside your notes, not only the structured fields.

04

A catalogue that gets smarter as you use it

Upload your price list and Kriya fills in images, descriptions and specifications automatically. Spot something wrong and correct it inside a quotation — that correction flows straight back into the master catalogue. Every quotation after that one uses the better version.

05

Your brand, not mine

Company name, logo, address, bank details, GST number, terms, team photographs — all yours, on every document your customer ever sees. Nothing in the output points back to Kriya.

"The branding on these pages belongs to the business that sent the quotation. Yours would appear here instead, on every page."

📋 Paste any screenshot — WhatsApp chat, email enquiry, business card photo, filled enquiry form
Name extracted Number extracted Requirement extracted

No import wizard. No column mapping. You paste, and the record exists.

06

Screenshot anything, it becomes a record

Kriya reads the image, works out what's a name, a number, a company, a requirement, and creates the contact with the fields already populated. The fastest way into the system, and the one most people react to first.

07

WhatsApp that behaves like WhatsApp

Message a customer from their record using your own WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number — the same number they already know, same thread. No API account, no template approvals, no separate bulk console. Every message stays attached to the customer's record.

✓ No WhatsApp Business API ✓ Same number customers know

Also included: tasks with priorities and assignees, lead stages and categories, a pipeline from first contact to installation complete, and full CSV export whenever you want it — without asking anyone.

The document that does the selling

actually receives.

The second business runs
nothing like the first.

A 40‑year‑old pump, motor and gearbox distributor in Kolkata, two sister brands, three completely different sales processes running side by side: standard retail sale, government and institutional orders with a technical‑approval gate before anyone's allowed to quote, and AMC service contracts with their own renewal cycle. A generic CRM would have handed them one flat "Lead → Won" list — wrong for two of their three businesses. Kriya gave each pipeline its own correct stages, two branded quote templates for the two brands, and a role setup where the sales login simply can't see the top‑tier accounts. Their old Zoho export, leads, notes, original enquiry dates and all, came in clean on day one.
An honest comparison

How this compares

Measured against the two names most Indian businesses already know. Both ship new AI features constantly — treat this as a snapshot, not a permanent scorecard.

Click‑to‑call and basic telephony are standard across nearly every CRM today, Kriya included, so it isn't presented here as a differentiator. Zoho and Salesforce are both serious products with capabilities Kriya doesn't have, particularly at scale — this table compares what ships by default against what needs an add‑on, a higher tier, or a certified partner.

What it costs

One price.

Call for founding‑client pricing

All prices exclude GST. Before anything is built, we sit down for a personal, 360° discussion of how your business actually runs — you see a preview shaped around that conversation before anything is final. Founding-client onboarding is free for a limited time, arranged over a call. Beyond five people, requirements and cost are discussed together. Multi‑unit or multi‑branch deployments are scoped and quoted separately.

Before you decide

The part most brochures
leave out.

You're looking at software in active daily use, not a finished product frozen in time. Here's what that means for you, plainly.

✓ What's already true

Kriya has run inside the founder's own business every working day, after two years on Zoho CRM before it. This is not a prototype assembled for a brochure — it's what the business runs on today, and now a second, unrelated business runs on it too.

— What's not there yet

  • 📱No installed mobile app — runs in your phone's browser
  • 🍎iPhone contact import not yet built — works on Android; iPhone uses manual entry or a business‑card photo
  • 🔐Granular permission levels configured on request, not a built‑in toggle every client gets automatically
Common questions

Before you call.

Building a demo and running production software for a real business are different problems. The monthly fee isn't for the code, it's for someone who owns the hosting, fixes it when it breaks, keeps your customer data safe, and evolves the system as your business changes. That accountability doesn't disappear because building got faster.

Existing exports come in as part of setup — contacts, notes and original dates preserved, not reset to today. If your records live only in WhatsApp or a diary, that's normal too; most clients start there and build up from day one.

Your data stays yours. It's accessed only to provide support you've asked for, never shared, and never used for any other client. Kriya runs on infrastructure built and managed for you, so problems get diagnosed and fixed directly, without ever asking for your password.

Try the live demo first, it costs nothing and needs no signup. Then a one‑to‑one conversation about how your business actually runs, before anything is built. If it's genuinely not a fit, that gets said plainly rather than taking your money and finding out together in month four.

Month‑to‑month from the end of the free trial, no long‑term lock‑in. Either side can end it with 30 days' written notice. If a payment is ever missed, you'll be contacted directly before any suspension of service.

Next step

The next step is a conversation,
not a contract.

Open the demo and use it as though it were already yours. If it looks like it would fit, call and we'll spend an hour going through how your business actually runs.
